Spacious roor/bungalow, very comfortable bed, roomy bathroom with great shower, patio/seating area in front is excellent. Food/drink are outstanding and plentiful. Service is amazing. My 3rd time there and I will be returning!

This place is simply amazing. It is beautiful, the room spacious and super-comfortable, the food absolutely delicious, pool great and relaxing, grounds immaculate. But, most of all, the service is absolutely top-notch and we were treated very, very well. I look forward to my next stay there.

This was my first experience at the jungle and I really enjoyed it. The fact that we had tours included every day of our stay was amazing. I really enjoyed the quietness of the place and how it makes you stay present. It was a wonderful experience

What an amazing hotel. It exceeded our expectations by far, everything was perfect - from the pickup at the airport until the end. The food was amazing, all the activities were fantastic, and the place is absolutely gorgeous. We loved everything, all the staff was great, specially Angel, who paid closed attention to us, always bringing us a new drink as soon as we finished one, and provided an unparalleled service. We will be back for sure. Only observation I would give is that there was one activity I really wanted to do (xul-ha) and they told several times there would not be an excursion there, and I know there were 2 while I was in the hotel. They should allow you to pick your excursions.

Gorgeous hotel and setting - the staff was really professional yet so friendly and helpful. The excursions seemed well thought out and were very enjoyable. The room was beautiful, 1/2 of a large palapa with a lovely outside seating area, and the bed was very comfortable. I liked the all inclusive concept with the self service bar as well, and the food quality was excellent (always two choices for starter, main, and dessert for lunch and dinner, plus a variety of breakfast options). I really liked the intimate feel of the place - a good setting to meet new people but also to be alone if preferred.

Loved the all inclusive part of having all food included including coffee delivered to Room at 7:15. Ok that had to walk to main hotel for wifi. Loved remote and privacy of the 42 Cabins and long path that you had to walk. Wonderful outdoor patio. Bike rental convenient ride to awesome Konulich Ruins in gorgeous jungle better than other nearby ruins. Pool nice. Night time activity for lake paddle just ok. Daytime kayak trip to a Balacar better. Awesome food. Nice open bar. Saw a monkey and many birds on property. Would come back!

We were not able to stay at the resort. The location on the map is incorrect and the resort is not 8 minutes from the airport (it is more like an hour) Communication with the resort was attempted several times in several different ways and none were successful. A response came from the resort at 9:27 pm , much too late. We had to secure lodging else where. The physical location on the map is not a resort.

Quiet, secluded and a wonderful experience

Friendly staff. Good food and overall a very quiet and beautiful place. Quality and attention to detail is appreciated at this resort. However, activities and meals can not be compensated for, e.g. We missed the activities and meals for one day we went to a wedding in Chetumal, the actual reason for coming all the way here from Cancun, and asked if we could may be use the one meal we missed to move towards the lunch of the day we were checking out. It was impossible. Instead, they technically followed the rules and charged us for the extra people that stayed in some rooms. That was not discussed in advance but understandable. The rates are more or less calculated for 2 adults per room.
