"Nice location in a new development. Short walk to shops or restaurants or quick drive. Nice new Hotel. Room was well appointed with small kitchenette and there was a small convenience store downstairs. Service was lacking with late and irregular room cleaning, had to chase several days in just to refresh essentials. Also had a very noisy heat pump or plumbing running through the room with constant water/gurgling sounds that was just not acceptable for such a new build. Would not stay here again...

"Beautiful location with plenty of nice hangout spaces and a fire in the reception area as well as in the bar/ restaurant. The lake with snowcapped mountains in the background is a stunning backdrop. The breakfast was exceptional but dinner not as much. We got a family suite with 2 bedrooms, a living area, and kitchen and it was just right. Hot tub wasn't very hot and was right under a very bright neon light- so not a great atmosphere there. But otherwise we really enjoyed this hotel. Maybe a bit...

"Small but neat and fine for one night. Easy to walk into Queenstown & bed comfortable. Pretty small room & tiny shared toilet downstairs and tiny shared shower outside our room upstairs but price was good for Queenstown so all good."

"Absolutely loved the breakfast daily, fresh food, great variety and the staff were all so lovely and helpful. Rooms were cleaned well and beds made daily with fresh towels. Great location by the lake."

"we had a lake view room and really enjoyed our stay. the views were stunning and the doors/windows were nice and thick blocking most of the airplane/boat noise. the room was very spacious with we enjoyed the gas fireplace heater for added ambience. everything was clean and the staff were friendly. bathroom is a bit dated (cracked tiles, loose showerhead) but still overall would recommend and would stay again."

"There is no housekeeping service if you stay less than 4 days. Located on a steep hill top. If you have difficulty in walking, this place is not suitable. "
