"The lobby was cute. They have a princess story time, nice place to sit. The bar was nice had tv to watch some games. The grounds were nice and clean. The coffee shop was great! The arcade was fun. We had the buffet it was a typical hotel buffet. It was ok. 80.00 fo"

"This hotel is need of a good clean, and proper Reno. Things like plugs were un usable, or didn’t work. Bathroom was not overly clean. And in need of new tubs. Pool area is not as pictured on the site. And well I know the hotel sits with very busy traffic around it. The hotel has zero sound proofing, making it very very noisey. "

"The hotel package I bought included access to the Terrace, but I couldn’t use it because that was close . . My daughter uses a wheelchair, and she wanted to show her the Disney lights, which are a great attraction. The photos on the website don’t show the hotel as it really is. It looks old and neglected. The price is too high, and the customer service is bad."

"This hotel offers a great location easy to get around one bus straight to Disneyland about 25 minute bus ride. Food choices in walking distance.
The pool was nice, but the hot tub jets didn’t seem to work well. The building is old. It shows its age as do the rooms. It was surprisingly quiet, which was great. Beds were comfortable. But overall as an older building it was a great place to stay and the staff was really wonderful. At the price point it really is a five star, if you’re looking for...
