"Under renovation in north tower first night we were on floor 15 not renovated yet, tv did not work in 1st bedroom neither did phone or bathroom door lock, went to front desk they were helpful and sent someone up to check tv for kids, person could not fix it first night so kids went with out. "somewhat clean room, decent view of the casino and buffalo. Hotel is connected to the casino (hilton is as well) which for me, makes it the easy choice of local hotels if you plan on gambling. The tube connecting to the casino also connects to the casino parking garage, which was nice as well. "Love the one bedrooms suites with full kitchen. King bed was very comfortable and the Sofa bed can sleep an extra 2 people. Amenities are very basic (soap, shampoo, conditioner)- no lotion, shower cap, etc. so bring your own. Rooms aren’t very noise proof: whenever someone shut a door above or below our floor it would be heard very loudly in our room. Parking is very limited so it’s best to grab a spot as early as possible when people start checking out at 11am. "

"Pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed our stay here. Upon check in, the woman who helped me was really welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rooms appear clean and was spacious. Location amazing. We didn’t use ammenities so I can’t comment. I only wished there was more parking at the back of the hotel. There wasn’t any more space so we had no choice in the further lot. Not that far but it was raining. "
