In addition, it was very difficult to reach the front desk, as phone calls often went unanswered when assistance was needed. Good customer service is an important part of the guest experience, and unfortunately, I felt that the level of service provided did not meet expectations. I hope management will address these issues and improve staff...

"We had an Executive King Suite, this fully suited our need of three people with separate rooms of the sofa bed and coffee bar. The room was quiet and perfect location on the floor. Staff always helpful and courteous . This hotel is perfect location to everything. I recommend this hotel for location, vicinity to great restaurants, Eaton Centre , TTC, old Toronto. Good value."
