"Generally good but I didn't like balcony was not clean...spider net was everywhere breakfast and staff were not really that much care of clean abd tidy service of 5 star hotel"

"Hallways look and smell run down but the rooms are cleaner. Easy to navigate and the location is good"

"Great place to stay"

"The front desk staff were amazing when checking in and provided me information about the amenities that were on property. The only negative issue I had was the limited staff for the restaurant"

"Parking lot was blocked by a strike"

"Dream stay. Staff were a1"

"Great place, very convenient. Sad that the river view rooms were sold out but city view was still awesome"

"The property was perfect for our trip. First time to Niagara Falls, our room (we requested a room with a view of the falls) was on the 14th floor and looked right down at the falls. Early morning views before venturing out for the day and evening views once the "light" show started were amazing."

"Great location, walking distance to all the major sites."
