"My Family and I really enjoyed our sat at the Hyatt House hotel in Royal Oak. The staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. We had an issue with our toilet immediately after checking in and going our room and the staff resolved it immediately. The front desk staff were Amazing friendly, very informative and nice. I would like to compliment the young man that prepares the breakfast he was Amazing, complimentary. And we enjoyed the breakfast and family atmosphere in the lobby. "Beautiful property, kind staff. Loved having room service and breakfast on property. Not a 5 star due to a long wait at check in. We arrived at 4pm, they appeared to have a difficult reservation in front of us but since there was only one staff member for 15 mins we waited. Finally a second staff member got us checked in. We reserved a room with a terrace, it was beautiful but if you want any sleep at all, you can't have a windy night. We were shoving pieces of cardboard into the exterior door to help seal the door better so it wasn't howling inside. "
