The bar manager, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. Despite the hotel being quite busy, he personally made sure our room service order was delivered promptly and correctly. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend staying here."

"I stayed at this property for a beach trip with my grandchildren. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were clean. The beach area was well maintained. There were plenty of chairs and towels were available. We received a box breakfast every morning. It was underwhelming but was convenient. The area is very busy but we did not hear street noise in our room. Overall, this is a great place to stay for a beach trip with kids."

We were pleasantly surprised by how helpful and knowledgeable the staff were, not only about the casino itself, but also about the surrounding area and local dining options.
