"Great location, clean spacious room, super friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food at the lobby bar."

"We were very impressed with the hotel. We were early to arrive and the reception not only looked after our luggage before we could check in, they delivered it to our room for us. We were given great information to help us with our visit. The room was a corner room with a bath and incorporating a showers ( could have been more pressure in the shower). Spacious room overlooking the Titanic museum. The choice at breakfast was excellent. We had a very enjoy stay."

"Poor breakfast. Only fruit available es watermelon. I asked for Gluten free breakfast in advance, just a couple of toasts and cornflake available. The first room they gave us had a strong drain smell. We had to ask for a change. Rugs in common areas a little worn out. Found some hairs in the tub. Reception personnel quite helpful and polite."

"This hotel is generally fine, but big. Expensive. Impersonal. The hotel treats its guests differently. There was a group of tourist allowed to eat continental breakfast at 7.00 am on Saturday, we were sent away to come back at 7.30, which was too late for us for the flight home. Different rules for different guests."

"Convenient to bus/train station but taxis would not transport because it was so close. Housekeeping services were very late (5:30 p.m. on one day) and not complete. Beds not made up and one day towels not refreshed (although they were not left on floor)."

"Cleanliness , staff all excellent. Didn’t breakfast there but dining area clean and bright and smelled good. No parking on site which was disappointing but they operate a vallidation of parking ticket from the Go Park Great Northern multi storey opposite the hotel. Don’t how that works if you’re in and out of it a lot. Great location for city centre, trains, buses. Lots of places to eat and Tesco Expresses, Greggs etc."

"Basic hotel. Decent location. Our room would have been very tight for 3 adults with luggage. Good value for Belfast though. Definitely ok for a night or weekend but you won’t want to spend time in the room. Definitely budget but that’s the brand so no real complaints "
