"I booked this hotel cos of it location. I was there 12 pm and allowed us to check in, very friendly receptionist even offered us drink. We choose to opt out the housekeeping for 5 days and in return a €10 food voucher. The room is big and spacious for 2 big 30 inch luggage. They even have coffee machine in the room. First when I went to my room and tried to login to the wifi login that was indicated on my passkey package, that was not the correct login for the “apartment “ side for the hotel. I went down to the apartment front desk where they advised me that was the incorrect information provided. I also noted to the front desk , that the package also indicated free shuttle bus, yet I was charged 5 euros. She returned that to me when I pointed out the discrepancy. On thy...

"Hotel was very nice. Staff were unfriendly on arrival. We didn’t get offered discounted breakfast but others did and we where disappointed with the lack of drinks and toiletries in the room especially when paying so much per night for the room."
