Cari Hotel di Perbandaran Kawasan Niagara

"Having one elevator for 16 floors was totally inappropriate for what you charge for your rooms. The wait time for elevators was absolutely obscured. Floors 3-18 were left to feel like they were unimportant. So poorly done. Also, the cost of valet parking was totally disgusting."

"The view"

"Generally good but I didn't like balcony was not clean...spider net was everywhere breakfast and staff were not really that much care of clean abd tidy service of 5 star hotel"

"Had to switch rooms because the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. Then, I had a courtyard room and the blackout curtains didn’t reach all the way across the window so it let in bright light from the courtyard. The tv wouldn’t turn on. They didn’t use a bottom sheet on the bed, so the flat sheet shifted and exposed the mattress. I really didn’t like the hotel."

"Great place to stay"

"Dream stay. Staff were a1"

"Great place, very convenient. Sad that the river view rooms were sold out but city view was still awesome"

"We had a great view of the Canadian and US Falls. Easy walk to anywhere you wanted to go around the Falls and several places to eat and explore. Travel guide in the hotel gave us a map and explained a lot of interesting things in the area. The restaurant in the hotel had a really nice breakfast buffet. Would definitely go back to the hotel in a future trip. Parking was easy too."

"Aaa"

"Location is o.k.. When I booked according to my opinion it was the hotel who offer best ratio quality/price"

"Lose to the falls, older hotel but room was clean and bed comfortable. Good value for the price"

"Only issue was the TV. It was not great, it would not turn off"
