"This place was not worth what it cost for the stay. There was a terrible smell in the hallways that was almost nauseating. The rooms are outdated weren’t cleaned well at all. Thankfully I always travel with cleaning products! I spent the first 10 minutes wiping things down and picking up someone else’s hair. Kids were using the square courtyard hallways as a running track all day long, there was staff right there that never said a word to these children or their parents. The doors were...

"The room was very clean. We had teenagers with us so I wish they’d put us in a part of the hotel that is more geared towards older kids and not so many younger kids. Like the little kids are super noisy early in the morning but not late. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic. The front desk staff was a little grumpy."

"I liked the pool although I didnt use it. My room also had a jazzuci in it which I did use it was very relaxing and the room and service was clean. The hotel staff was pleasant.The maintenance was very efficient, the toilet was broken and the repairs were done in minutes!"

"This was a great experience. It only had a 2 star rating so we were worried but the staff went above and beyond. We had an amazing jacuzzi in our room for only 200$/ night!!! Also, the pool was nice and when I hurt my tooth and asked for salt, the manager checked how my tooth was doing multiple times. Highly reccomend"

"We booked this hotel through Expedia for a great price only to get there and be told there was a glitch in Expedia’s system and we should have been notified that the reservation was cancelled. 3 hours from home and hear that. Expedia do better!"

"Pros: Clean room, Parking and breakfast, helpful staff, hotel environment, family friendly. Small pool was a lot of fun for kids. Cons: Dirty hallway (most probably because of renovations), water was cold for shower, it was just lukewarm, so I could get a shower during my stay. Breakfast was so simple, having scrambled eggs was good but it could be even healthier by adding yogurt and fruit."
