"The room and facilities were excellent however for some reason we were told we had to park offsite when other guests parked in the underground parking on site. They do provide a shuttle service but still no explanation for people being diverted? ….. Overall a great stay at the Hilton and great live band….Michel"

"Stayed here primarily for the location, and that is definitely the hotel’s biggest strength. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the property is within walking distance of Niagara Falls attractions, restaurants, Clifton Hill, and other tourist spots. Being able to leave the car parked and explore on foot was very convenient. Unfortunately, several aspects of the stay fell short of expectations. The staff often seemed inattentive, and service requests were not consistently followed...

"We had an absolutely fantastic first-time stay at Great Wolf Lodge! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone, from the front desk to the lifeguards, was incredibly friendly and helpful. My kids had an amazing time as it was their first stay too—they couldn’t get enough of the water park and all the fun activities. Plus, the food was incredible—so many delicious options. We truly had a wonderful experience and can’t wait to come back!"

"We stayed one night as we were in town for a concert at the OLG. The hotel Hotel is a little dated but is very clean with friendly staff. It's just a short walk to the falls, restaurants and casino."

"the hotel is okay but needs better maintenance, floors were uneven in room, looks like they tried to upgrade but must have had to really squeeze the budget. Also why I could not turn my room down to 68 or 69 at night really upset me. They have it locked at 70 degrees or higher. A jack hammer or hammer drill started at 8 am sharp. Went i went to the front desk and asked about it they gave me a surprized look. This isn't what management should do! Location is great and having Margaritaville next...
