"No parking available at hotel. Had to park at a remote lot. Got charged a mint. Check-in was a disaster. Mega-slow and hotel was understaffed. Apparently everybody checking in had a higher status and went to the front of the other line while the lower status folks waited forever. Need better management. Room was fine."

"Customer service upon check in was horrible. 45 minutes to check in with five staff on the counter is pretty bad. We were about fifth in line and the line kept building. On two occasions other guests were allowed to cut in front and when we questioned this we were told that they were already guests. So I guess until you check I. Your not important. Parking was an additional 50 bucks upon check in for the night after spending close to 300 for the room already. On the upside the property is good...

"Very much enjoyed my stay. The overflow parking had a lot of options and is less than the 4 minute walk they say it is. Very accommodating and convenient location. Very comfortable beds. Only down side was not having lots available, but we figured that out."

"Clean room, very helpful and polite staff. Wonderful view from 5th floor. Milestone restaurant was ok, the food was way too salty for my taste. Tell the cook to lay off the salt. Hotel is a 6 minute walk from the incline railway, which is extremely helpful to get to horseshoe falls view. I wish someone mentioned this prior to our honeymoon to Niagara, cause the first half of our trip we walked about 30 minutes down and around the casino."

"I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Ontario. The views are phenomenal and the falls are amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was great and helpful from the start of my stay. One thing to note, valet parking is $100/day and the parking lot is not on site. There is a shuttle to take you to and from the parking lot, approximately 2 1/2 blocks from the hotel. It was a quick ride and the driver(s) were accommodating and fast."

"We had a wonderful stay at Great Wolf Lodge! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit. A special shoutout to Dave and Maninder, who were both fantastic and really made our stay even better. It’s such a family-friendly property, there’s so much to do between the water park and the activities, it kept everyone entertained the whole time. "The property is under a renovation. Hotel staff were very nice. We experience a problem with one of the bunk beds but maintenance was sent very promptly. The bed couldn’t be fixed however a price discount was issued. Overall, we would stay again."

"Breakfast was just bread and a choice of hot or cold drink, no eggs nor sausages. Called front desk for towels never got it before checkout. Air conditioning worked great 👍 but we didn't have fridge and microwave in the room. Not a great stay 😕"

"Well, nothing is wrong with the cleanliest overall the hotel except for in the room because there’s a big gap of space in between the door and the floor. You can hear the conversation in the hallway and they can hear your conversation in the room."
