Loads of towels and ecofriendly shampoo/conditioner and gel in pump containers in the bathroom. The outdoor hot spring fed pools are a delight and relaxing. Robes and towels provided for your enjoyment. It is a very family friendly resort."

"the rooms are uncomfortably warm and incapable of cooling; same for lobby and i was forced to make alternative plans. they did not provide house car as promised. bell desk (San, Miles, Bobby) were marvelous though and they had suggestions about sightseeing and local transportation options and went out of their way to meet my needs.
