"The room was very clean and had a nice view of part of the falls. I especially loved the jet tub overlooking the falls, it was a great way to relax. The location is excellent, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and shops. The only minor downside was that it took a while for the room to reach a cooler temperature after we arrived. Other than that, everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay."

"The hotel was fine overall. More attention to detail should be provided to cleaning in the bath tub (hair in the tub) and to maintenance (the loose wall plate above the shower head). Otherwise, for the value and location, it was a great value."

"The issue here wasn’t just the room, it was how the hotel handled it. Their engineering team came up to inspect a problem with my room and couldn’t resolve it, so I requested a refund and left within an hour without staying the night. When my booking platform contacted the hotel about the refund, they claimed I never complained and that there was no issue at all. That simply isn’t true. Their own staff were in my room responding to the exact problem they later denied existed. Mistakes happen,...

"Hotel common areas are clean and inviting. Room was clean and spacious. AC/heating unit ran quietly. Sufficient channels on the TV. Bed was comfortable with multiple pillows. Shower water pressure and temp controls very good, supplies ample. Overall the staff was friendly and courteous, however the server we had for breakfast could use some training. Our first cup of our "bottomless" coffee arrived as we were just about finished eating breakfast from the buffet with a 2nd cup provided...

"Good hotel for stay and awesome swimming pool"

"After traveling for 6 hours we were told that the hotel was booked due to flooding in another part of Canada. We were moved to a different hotel. Hyatt Regency and our room was nice. The view was amazing!"
