"Great location and perfect for a budget trip to NYC. However, if your trip is happening during a warmer time, please keep in mind that the AC units in the rooms really struggle to keep up. During our stay, the temps were in the 80s and our room struggled to get below 75 degrees despite being on the lowest temp and full blast. "

"The rooms were clean, but old so some areas didn't appear as clean, such as peeling paint on bathroom walls and stains in the tub-but still clean. The room was very basic. We had 4 people in 1 room and it's too many people for the size of the room and bathroom. It was very cramped. No fridge or coffee maker in the room. The downstairs lobby is pretty and staff were friendly. "

"This was my second time staying at the Hyatt Grand Central location in New York. It’s the perfect location, right next to Grand Central terminal, making transportation so easy. The hotel room itself was very clean. I plan on coming back again in the future."

"Very charming hotel, built in the early 1900’s Retains nice features from the period like wood panneling in the lobby walls. The rooms are nicely arranged. The water pressure was a little low for the shower. Very decent price-quality ratio"

"The truth is that the room although they fixed it every day, I noticed that they didn't clean the bathroom well, The room, although I expected it to be small, was smaller than in the previous hotel where I stayed and this time I booked a bigger one is supposed to be! " family had a great stay at the Riu Hotel Manhattan. The location is a 10/10. It is in a busy area but just steps from Times Square and surrounded by great restaurants. Serendipity is right next door, Dilli Dilli is just up the street, and there are plenty of street vendors nearby, which made grabbing food easy and fun. "We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it.
