"Beautiful hotel and view. The shuttle instructions were incomplete. Could not find the pickup location from the hotel to train station. Concierge was helpful resolving front desk issue but incorrect regarding shuttle directions."

"The fitness center has the basics but bigger than most hotels. They don't clean your room unless you ask and one day they couldn't but they left me anything we needed, ie, towels, toilet paper, etc. You can use their AI bot via text and that was helpful and I had toothbrushes sent up. They seem like they are really busy. We left something in the room and it wasn't an easy process to get it to the front desk for a family friend to pick up. But we eventually retrieved it. It's expensive to eat...

"Our room closet did not have any hangers. There was no coffee machine in the room, which was a disappointment. The staff did not clean the room unless you requested it. It would’ve been better if it was at least done twice that week since we stayed the full week."

"The bedsheets were very thin and sandy. There was no blanket and nothing was wiped down. The floors and surfaces were sticky. The shower was clogged and the curtain caused the floor to get soaked."

"When arrived they didn’t have my reservation. Instead of the master suite we had to stay in a double bed. The room wasn’t large enough for me and my three teenage boys. Staff was helpful in booking room, just not big enough for the five of us. No complimentary breakfast was alarming. The amenities were exceptional. My children loved the foosball table. They enjoyed the pool and the gym."

"The place was not at all clean in any manner, floor was sticky , shower nib had moldy residue, washbasin didn’t have a proper drain( which they fixed after we called ), room was very congested and power plugs were all loose. Overall not at all worth 400$ per night room"

"Beach view and access were excellent. Rooms clean, pool and hot tub very relaxing and enjoyable. The property is well maintained, staff was excellent. Location easy to get to and from other places. Though we didn’t use the shuttle service, that was a nice option to have."
