This hotel had the worst experience ever! My family and I stayed there for three nights. The lobby was freezing cold, and the hallway on my 25th floor was even colder. We couldn’t enjoy our stay because of the unpleasant cold. My daughter and niece wanted to play games, but they couldn’t because of the cold inside the hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. On top of that, no one came to clean our room. We called the front desk because a lamp was broken, but no one came to fix it or even take a look. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY!

Staff was friendly and security was very present. Standard appearing room but bed was horribly hard, felt like i was sleeping on wooden box, creaking with every move while trying to find a sift spot. STAY AWAY!!! 3 out of 6 elevators didn't work, and operating ones still stalled and alarms went off between floors. At midnight there was a line up the hall to get elevator to room. Security was ushering guests into Many shops and restaurants are closed. Restrooms on ground floor closed too. Maintenance obviously in not a priority. Whole property is dated and in need of major overhaul. Something good? Check-in was fast and friendly. Eclair coffee shop good. If you have kids and don't care about quality of property, water park and arcades may be for you. Otherwise, avoid. Too many better choices in AC.

Everything was great. The room was actually beautiful than the last time we rented out the same room just a different style. The only thing that was disappointing is that we couldn’t get any ice and whatever they said it was it wasn’t so but otherwise great.

Family friendly hotel, room was clean, staff was friendly. The only down side was out of 6-8 elevator they had only 1 working and at check out time. I could say without exaggeration everyone was onto of each other. I was in the 22 floor and elevator stopped in every floor and people were tired of waiting they kept trying to squeeze in the elevator even though there was no more space.

This was one of the best stays we’ve had in Atlantic City. The boardwalk access is unbeatable and there’s so much to do nearby. Check-in was quick, and the staff made us feel very welcome.

Absolutely amazing stay! The location right on the boardwalk makes everything so easy and convenient. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful ocean view. The whole experience exceeded our expectations.

Stayed for a long weekend and had zero complaints. Great ocean views, large rooms, and plenty of dining options nearby. Would absolutely stay again.
