"on the second day of my stay when I got back in the evening, I found the room not done and dirty. Asked them, the staff member told me that housekeeping happens every third day of the stay and is done on demand for a charge. To which I pointed out the expedia note on the daily housekeeping. BS at best."

"Nice hotel, literally in the center of it all (think of Times Square busy) it can be a bit much. Cars also can only drop you off at the corner so be prepared to carry your luggage through those crowds for a block. The hotel was very nice, however I didn’t feel as safe there. Reason being is that because it’s so central anyone can walk in. "Arrived at the Usual for another few days as the family live very close by and this hotel is very convenient but the room was extremely cold. The outside temperature was 16 degrees and the air conditioning was on in my room and the fan was blowing out very cold air. Hardly the weather for air conditioning to be on. I spoke to reception and was told that the temperature was set the same for all the rooms and she would turn off the fan. However the room the next day the room was too cold. I am 83...

"It was a great property and in an excellent location to all of the museums and sights I was going to see. I did have a little trek from the tram stop to the hotel, I came from the main train station & took the tram. It is a very safe location too, my friend from the area confirmed for me. Room was clean & it does have air conditioning which is awesome."

"Hotel and staff were great. They have a refrigerator to store your purchased cheese, there is no fridge in the rooms. It would be nice if they had travel size shampoo and conditioner. Our room, #5, has a nice view of the canal."
