"We stayed here for a day. We had a good stay overall but i felt some things can be improved - Pros - 1. Property is built nicely with a lot of activities. 2. Rooms have nice view and are spacious. 3. Parking is ample. 4. Service is quick Cons - 1. Lake water is not very clean, some efforts should be made to clean the water 2. There is little to almost no staff near rooms and activity areas 3. Checkin time is 4pm and some water acitivities end time is 4pm on weekends, so you have limited time...

"We were there on the Triathlon weekend June 7/8 and the hotel opened their breakfast buffet at 5:30AM to accomodate the athletes and spectators. This really made a difference. And the hotel is within 5 minutes of the Triathlon event."

"The property is brand new. The staff is friendly and fast. Everything is in great shape and is well equipped. Lots of parking and dining options around."

"The Sherwood Inn is hilly to walk around on. The parking is far from the entrances. It isnt wheel chair accessible. There are little ramps everywhere but stairs, minimum 5, to get to your room. The bathroom was closed in quarters and i could barely get through the door to close it because it us so close to the sink. The shower was nice but needs bars. The windows needed cleaning badly. And on a positive note, the room was so quiet, so cozy and bed was so comfortable that i fell asleep right away...

"We enjoyed our two night stay at this beautiful resort. The views from the porch overlooking the lake were spectacular. Our room had a full kiitchen and balcony. We would not hesitate to return during the summer months. "

"Very close to the 400 highway, but very quiet. The call of loons, ducks and geese were very soothing. Watched a beaver swim by. While most of the features (restaurant, seasonal water craft) were not available as it was off season, we were able to walk to another restaurant and it was great. Looking forward to visiting again during summer season."
