"Absolutely beautiful venue, wonderful staff."

"We had a great stay, but we stayed in building 2 ,3rd floor and we had issues with the lack of hot water, staff were great and attended our 2nd day there and fixed the issue"

"Good lake view. Fire camp, canoe. Great place to relax"

"A very nice property"

"General complaint was with regards to the Touchstone Grill. It was understaffed on both the day we tried to make an advance reservation for dinner, (had to leave 2 messages and then had to contact front desk as no one ever got back to us, who finally passed us onto the line to leave a third message)…..and most importantly very understaffed on the night of our dinner. The server was very personable but service for our meal took forever 1.5 hours before entre served because of staff shortage ……The...

"Breakfast was good and convenient to have it in the hotel. Hotel is close to the city center, easy to reach the restaurants and the stores on the main street of Bracebridge"

"The room was dirty; it hadn't been cleaned. Also, the description didn't match reality."

"It's clean and well arranged."

"Everything was great but barbeques need updated badly safety issue"

"A hidden gem of Bracebridge. Look forward to returning."

"Cleaned room"

"We loved the large space and separate bedroom. Beds and bedding were superb and plenty of towels. There were cobwebs on balcony, in kitchen window and bathroom.. Sitting area furniture was lacking and very uncomfortable and sparse. Some helpful things would be to switch fridge door for efficiency, coat hooks at entrance would help too. Some kitchen items missing were egg flipper, cutting board and coffee filters."

"Overall, this property offers great value for money. The lake view was absolutely stunning and definitely the highlight of our stay! The staff members were very friendly and welcoming, and the cleanliness of the room was acceptable. However, the room and its facilities are quite outdated and could definitely use some maintenance and updating. If you prioritize breathtaking views and budget-friendly pricing over modern amenities, it is still a solid choice."

"Breakfast could have been better, with vegetables"
