"If you like all inclusive, family friendly, great location right on the beach and huge pool etc this place is for you. However, the beds are as hard as planks, and the music goes on until 11.30pm. If you book get a room away from the paradiso cafe, so you can have sleep. We personally didn’t eat there, food was avarsge. "

"I had a spectacular time staying Rixos Premium Bordrum. I received a room upgrade. Room was clean and huge with good view of beach from balcony. Omer was exceptional keeping me updated on events at the hotel and replies fast should I have questions or need assistance."

"Staff tried to stick us into 2 rooms that weren’t connected because the family suite we had booked didn’t have working AC. This wasn’t made clear to us and we had to wait until evening (with regular reminders from my husband ) until we got another room- still not what we had booked. To be fair, the staff did try to help - but the hotel is HUGE with literally hundreds of people who have no concept of queuing! They were understaffed and being Turkish trumped everything. We didn’t get great...
