The server staff is really untrained, not helpful, not professional, they act resentful and aggressive towards customers. You wouldn’t expect this behaviour considering daily room prices are around the monthly minimum wage in turkey. Hilton should do a better job at managing, training, and choosing their staff. Only time staff was good at doing their job was when their managers were around. I would definitely not suggest it. Too bad that it is in a really good spot.

Konaklamamızın tek eksik yanı maalesef şezlong savaşı vermekti. Sabah 08.00’de havuz ve plaj kısmında ortalama 5-6 kişi olmasına rağmen bütün şezlonglar havlu, eşya vb. bırakılarak işgal edilmişti. Bazı ailelerin hem havuz başında hem plaj kısmında hem de ağaçların altında bulunan gölgelik alanda olmak üzere birçok şezlongu kapattığına şahit olduk. Aynı işgaller maalesef sabah kahvaltılarında ve akşam yemeklerinde de masalarda devam etti. Bunu misafirlerin görgüsüzlüğüne verirken geriye kalan hiçbir hususta memnuniyetsizliğimiz olmadı.

There were some cleanliness issues. When we arrived, we found hair on the towels. Overall, the property was pretty mediocre. The drinks and food were below average. Not what you would expect from a Hilton. That said, the staff was very responsive and quick to address everything. Eren from guest relations in particular went above and beyond and took care of every issue we had. But overall, the room and the hotel itself were not up to Hilton standards.

Our stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Bodrum Torba got off to a disappointing start when our room wasn't fully ready at check-in. However, what could have been a negative experience was completely turned around by the exceptional response from the hotel team. A special thank you to Eren, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. From upgrading us to a larger room for the three of us sharing, to arranging complimentary reservations at the hotel's fantastic Italian restaurant, his dedication to guest satisfaction was outstanding. From that moment on, everything was excellent. The service was attentive and friendly, the rooms were spotless, and all facilities were well maintained and easily accessible. We particularly enjoyed the pool area and beautiful pier beachfront. The hotel's location is ideal, close enough to Bodrum town centre, the marina, shops, and Bodrum Castle, while still offering a peaceful and relaxing retreat. What we loved most was the hotel's size. It offers all the facilities you need while maintaining an intimate, personalised feel. What began as a concern quickly became a memorable holiday experience. Thank you to Eren and the entire team. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bodrum.

En az 20 sivrisinekli bir oda verildi. Baska bir oda gosterildi, orada da az ama yine sivrisinek vardi. Ultra hersey dahil deniliyor aksam yemegi 19:30 - 21:00 arası. Bir cantamizi odada birakmislar, o yorgunluk aclık ve sinirle biz de daldik. Aradik soyledik 12 saat boyunca kimse gidip de odaya bakip cantamizi bulup bize haber vermedi. 100 metre olan odaya bakmadilar. Ortak tuvaleti kullandik, pisti.

Aldığımız hizmetten çok memnun kaldık. Otelin konumu harika! Kendine ait plajı ve bulunduğu koy pek çok yerde bulunamayacak türden. Deniz kenarında manzaranızda bina yığınları yok. İmkanlar oldukça yeterli, yemekler lezzetli ve çeşitli, personel profesyonel ve misafirperverdi. 1 mayıs 3 mayıs arası konakladık, yaz sezonu bu tarihlerde başladı mı bilmiyorum otelin dışarı bölümlerinde olan 2 3 tane barı kapalıydı, bu yüzden lobi bar ve snack bar çok yoğun oluyordu. Restoran kapasitesi çok yetersiz, bizim konakladığımız tarihlerde hava çoğu zaman bulutlu ve aşırı rüzgarlıydı, sıcaklık 15-18 derece arası değişiyordu, bu yüzden dışarı oturmak mümkün değildi içeride oturmak icap etti ancak yeterli masa yok çoğu kişi ayakta kaldı. Lobi kısmında da oturacak yer az, hava soğuk teras bölümüne sadece 5 tane gazlı soba var o da az, yani hava soğuk olduğu zaman çoğu pozisyonda yetersiz ve eksik. Bir de dediğim gibi 1 mayıs tatili nedeniyle haftasonunu da birleştirerek geldik tabi herkes bizim gibi düşünerek geldi çok yoğun ve kalabalık olduk ilk girişte odayı hazır edip anahtarı vermeleri 1 saati buldu. Yemekler lezzetli ancak çeşit az daha fazla olabilirdi. Konum şahane, peyzaj şahane, ilgi alaka şahane, çalışanlar şahane, hilton kalitesi şahane. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim, bahsettiğim olumsuzlukların çoğu hava muhalefetinden dolayı yoksa yaz sezonunda çok daha iyi bir deneyim yaşayabilirsiniz.
