"I would of given this hotel a 5 star review but there was an ant problem in my room. I must of killed 8+ ants- on the wall, ON THE BEDBOARD and bedroom shower. When I called I was told someone would be right up. 30 minutes later I had to call again because I found another on in the bathroom I could not reached. I asked to move rooms but was told there was no more rooms available. I would of hoped someone would of called me in the morning or at least an email apologizing for my...

"I enjoyed my stay here, the staff was friendly, it was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the exit was right next to my room for easy access to my vehicle. I would definitely stay here again."

"Rooms are specious clean and kitchen is good. Do not expect any assistance from the staff, they don’t even pick up calls. I was told that if I needed fresh towels, I had to carry the used ones to the front desk myself. Housekeeping was only offered once during a 7-day stay, and that too only after I asked. There were also numerous instructions about disposing of our own trash."

"Nice room, couch was questionable. Spacious, with fridge and microwave. Clean bathroom. The carpet was good. A few items were showing some wear. All in all I would stay again. Desk staff was awesome and very helpful. Nice hot breakfast with lots of choices for adults and kids too. When I use a good discount, it always seems that I get a room near an elevator or ice machine. Would give a better rating if this wasn't so."

"Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, and great location – walkable to museums and restaurants. Only criticism is that the water pressure in the shower was extremely low. I’ve noticed this in other hotels recently too— I am encouraged to see a hotel conserving resources, however, low flow faucets can be installed that maintain decent water pressure."

"Love this hotel. They have remodeled it since last we stayed. Looks great. Issues. The bathroom in the lobby. Someone broke the door off the stall. Not sure how long it was like that but no one was trying to fix it. There was a stained bed sheet by laundry room in the hall. Not hotels fault but someone should have not let it sit for an entire night. Lastly, hall by rooms 130s smelt like animal urine. If guests are extended they should clean after themselves.
