"The rooms were really nice. The staff was super helpful. They could have used more assistance with guest bags to the rooms.
The ghost tour was awesome.
The food and drinks in the 3 Owl bar and restaurant were great!
The pool area outside was super nice.
The reason we went was for the SPA which was WORTH every penny!!!!! We even booked another session to the 2 we already had booked.
Definitely would go back again.
Wabash BBQ is literally down the street-Great Food!

"The suites are amazing! The two-room setup with a ton of storage and a stocked kitchen was a huge plus. The lighting, bathroom, balcony, fireplace, and island countertop were a touch above, and we loved our stay."

"If the hotel is at or near max capacity, the staff needs to up-staff to account for that many guests. The evening reception ran out of snacks before even 1 hour of the 2 hours had passed. The pool was over run and more than at capacity. Children were in the exercise room mis-using equipment. The dining area could not be cleaned as fast as empty plates were filling up the space. I've stayed here before and had a great experience, but this time felt like there was not enough staff to manage...
