"What seperates this hotel from many others in the downtown area is the people. They truly work to make your stay comfortable. My room was not satisfactory when I arrived as it looked like the plumbing backed up into the tub. They promptly gave us a different room and a breakfast voucher. Every where I went I saw staff and mangers alike working together and asking if we needed anything. On Sunday, when there was a checkout crunch, the Valet was slammed and had a line. "First timer here at the Lodge of the Ozarks and it a great experience. We have been going to Branson yearly and have stayed in different hotels and this by far is the best. Our hotel room was clean and comfortable to stay in. Breakfast buffet was excellent too. Just wishing that they would have suites to accomodate larger groups for future stays. Thank you!!!"

"We are a family of five. Our oldest is 15, and we don’t fit comfortably in a standard hotel room with two queen beds anymore. We chose this property because of the extra loft beds, but we were pleasantly surprised with all of the other amenities. It was both beautiful and clean! The outdoor area was beautiful with the bistro lights. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fire pits, and the kids loved the creek behind the property! The lobby was super nice, and offered another space to hang out as well. "
