The complex is very pretty. Everything in the house was clean and as advertised. The design / heating of the unit was not desirable for winter. The basement was freezing and the upstairs was too warm to sleep well.

Staff was great during our stay this is our 4th time staying at the property now. Only down fall to this trip was a leaking hot water tank item that had our water pressure to minimum. The water was starting to cause mold in the floor around the main restroom entrance. While we were gone on Saturday we returned to our units door open after the maintenance had been completed.

The house was amazing with very clean rooms. When we accidentally got locked out after 10 PM someone came right away and helped open the door. Great staff and helped get us tickets for the Christmas Wonderland show.

We have stayed at Stormy Point ever since it first opened up many years ago. We have always had a good experience. The only time that we don't stay at Stormy Point Branson is when they are sold out on the dates we are in town.

Overall the condo was good. It was clean, in which I greatly appreciated! But it was a little bare on the extras. The washer machine didn’t work, the coffee pot was damaged and we couldn’t get the fire place to come on. But it was clean and presented well. I didn’t appreciate the lady trying to get me to pay for an “special offer” only available at check in which I’m sure was a timeshare presentation. I only wanted to check in and go to our condo, not be pressured into buying something. But overall, good.

Nice for the price

The resort is nice and while a little dated, the water park was fully functional and the rooms were decorated nicely. The beds are a bit uncomfortable from a stiffness level but plenty of room in the 4 bedroom one that we stayed in. We would stay here again.

Staff was great. I am a bit concerned about the cleanliness, the strong smell of men's cologne in the 1st floor bed wasn't pleasant. Which means the sheets were not clean. I realize there are things that are missed in a quick go through, but the sheets should always be changed. Despite a few minor cleaning issues. It was a pleasant stay, and I would stay again if I'm in the area. Thank you.

We love this place & have stayed here for years now. It's a comfortable place to stay & a great location too. Unfortunately, we have noticed, since Capital Vacations purchased this property, that care for the cottages & some of the amenities has decreased. Some examples-the indoor pool being"closed for maintenance"(2 yrs in a row for our visits), broken/damaged furniture & blinds, sloppy paint/stain jobs, & missing items. We had to make several trips to the front desk for things like trash bags, toilet paper, & dish washer pods, since the cottage was not stocked for a family staying a week. Capital Vacations has appeared to have cut back on security staff as well. But don't worry, they'll have plenty of staff at the counter where you "get your parking pass" to harass you to sign up for a timeshare presentation, after a long drive. Wish the check in process stopped with the front desk staff, because they are always helpful & nice. Love the place & the staff, hate to see it not being cared for as it should.

We had a great stay and will be back! Food was good wish there were a few more options. The room had some things that needed cleaned before we entered, but beds were clean and nice. Was without hot water one day after returning from the pool, but maintenance quickly got it taken care of. Was very happy with our stay!

My family absolutely loved staying at Stormy Point, and would definitely do it again. We have a larger family and there was more than enough space to accommodate everyone. The resort area was peaceful, clean and really beautiful to look at look. Can't wait to go back next year!

Fun Family Weekend

Our family had a wonderful time at Stormy Point. There were 7 of us. My husband, myself, our adult daughter & 4 grandkids. They loved the pool areas & we had ice cream while watching karaoke at the outdoor stage area. So fun & family oriented. The accommodations were clean & spacious. We plan on returning.
