"Don’t like the fact that I paid all that money for that hotel just to get and had to pay another $250 deposit then had to pay another $50 a night for parking they did not a have a swimming pool you had to pay for breakfast that’s not even worth it the menu for it the breakfast was small and pricey"

"Overall everything was great, we had a great time. The property is nice and quiet, you really can escape from the real world and get lost in your thoughts. At night it does get extremely dark, you barely can see in front of you so be prepared for that. They give you a nice welcome package that comes with water, popcorn, coffee, tea, oatmeal and s'mores. My wife and I had a great time and will return soon."

I am requesting a full refund due to the unacceptable conditions of this property. This establishment was misrepresented as a hotel, when in reality it operates as a live‑in motel. Upon arrival, the halls and common areas had strong odors of weed, cigarette smoke, and a persistent moldy smell.
Inside the room, the conditions were equally unacceptable. The sofa was covered with a plain white sheet to hide old, worn furniture. The floor tiles were cracked and outdated,...

"This is a very old hotel; however, the uniqueness, character and location make it worth overlooking the aging aging of the facility. We had the 2-room suite on 2nd floor and loved it and will stay here again when in the area again"

"I'd never stayed in a setup like this but I found it worked well for my needs! It was less chaotic and offered more space and amenities than a traditional hotel. It was a nice central location in Ann Arbor but was nice and quiet. Anyone coming town for a Michigan game or other campus event would probably be comfortable here."
