"Stayed at the Pinnacle Harbourfront on a recent Vancouver trip. The building shows its age, but the renovations have held up well and the rooms themselves were genuinely nice: comfortable, clean, and a solid waterfront location. One frustrating note though: I paid for overnight parking and still came back to a parking ticket on my vehicle, which shouldn’t happen when you’ve already paid the hotel for the spot. Decent stay overall, but the parking situation needs to be sorted out."

"I have to commend the staff because they made my stay the best. From the concierge, the front desk staff, housekeeping and the restaurant servers, every single person greeted me and my family with a smile and genuine kindness. I know you expect everyone who are in the service or hospitality to be that welcoming but it is not always true. The Hyatt personnel were above and beyond accommodating."

"Clean, bright room and sunset view. Property is dated with an aesthetic I can’t quite name - 90’s nightclub chic? Hotel was full of youth sports teams which was quite delightful until it wasn’t. I would never recommend any adult stay here for a restful or respectful stay. Hallways jammed with kids playing tag, the nice outdoor pool (hot tub out of order) was a complete gong show - and this is coming from a parent with young kids."

"I canceled my stay. The lady was helpful & willing to support my refund. The dining option was closed for event, I did not feel my car was safe, nor my teen & I. The front door had broken glass & the property pictures online do not match."

"We stayed 1 night before catching a cruise and the room was very nice and large. The bed was very comfortable and the location of the hotel was great. You can walk anywhere you want, the streets are clean and it’s a safe area. We also walked to the cruise port it was pretty close and we got the stop at local shops along the way. The staff was very nice and friendly, answered all our questions and were very welcoming. It was pretty nice, would stay again"
