"We LOVED this property. The pool / lounge area is extraordinary - the pictures don't come close to doing it justice. My kids and I stayed here for 6 nights; the staff is meticulously trained and welcoming. Stevie the concierge was very helpful. Had a few issues with our mini-fridge and maintenance took care of it immediately. Customer service was 10/10 in every element of the word and with every interaction we had. "Our stay was very good except the wifi was very, very bad. We had to use our own data the whole time. I hope they would improve their wifi connection for the guests. But that's a small issue, the rest was all great. The location is very convenient as well."
