Cari Hotel di Massachusetts

"Hotel phone receptionist was helpful and much appreciated. But hotel stay I decided to decline after realizing the booked reservation included not a bathroom in hotel room suite reserved."

"It is a very nice hotel. Public transportation is right outside the door which covers most of the Boston area. Location is ideal for downtown activities. Most of the touristy stuff is within walking distance."

"It was beautiful, great location and the staff was incredibly helpful."

"Clean room Great staff Conversations services"

"Everything. Staff was wonderful. Very cheerful at 2:30 am in the morning. Room was beautiful!"

"Pretty apartment. Nice big bed. Great location in Back Bay."

"Great service convenient location! Would stay again."

"“Continental breakfast” was bagels, toast, hard boiled eggs, yogurts, and instant oatmeal. Had trouble with the TV and the desk worker said they would send help and never saw anyone. Room was well cleaned. Tram right outside was shut down at parts which can’t be helped, but we were not made aware prior to arriving. No alternatives provided."

"This place was the most unique hotel I've been to, very modern but very lowkey. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, and there are a lot of amenities. Also right next to North Station and a lot of Boston restaurants, comfortable distance from the wharf and aquarium. Would stay here again."

"Disappointed that the room we booked was not what we got. The pictures online were inaccurate otherwise. Also told the new policy for hilton was a self parking fee which if ridiculous. The room was clean but needs revamping. Curtains are toren and either there was maintenance happening at 6am or something with the mechanical room that was very loud to wake you up."
