"Not very accommodating, fine print was necessary to be read. Doesn’t allow above 21 aged guests but will allow you to book without checking. Only one car per 4 person room was not a posted policy."

"Check in & out was super simple. Registration staff & grounds people were very friendly & helpful. The rooms that we booked were very clean and very big. The grounds & the beach were lovely although it was a bit chilly on the weekend we stayed. Skippers restaurant right down the road had amazing seafood! About an hour drive to Provincetown for Dolphin Whale Watch - well worth the trip. We would definitely stay at Blue Water Resort again!"

"Great location - in walking distance to ferry. Nice, small private beach. Very small, minimalist rooms that are good for a short stay on the island. Updated furnishings but still an older motel - rooms have a smell; step back from the shower water when someone flushes the toilet or you get scolding hot water, etc."

"The Riviera Beach Resort in South Yarmouth, Cape Cod was excellent. The room was large with stylish and contemporary furnishings and very comfortable beds. The amenities were top notch, being directly on the beach was wonderful. Also, very close to excellent restaurants, including Skippers, was great.
