"We were given keys to a room that HAD ALREADY be issued to another customer. They were not in the room when we opened the door but their property was. When we questioned the manager he comped us a suite. Which looked lovely yet the couches were hard as a rock. The desk chair was broken the microwave did not work and THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I would love my money BACK"

"Elevator was very slow. Only one in entire building. You have to let the front desk know if you want your room cleaned. They don’t automatically clean the room throughout your stay. Breakfast was ok. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Bathroom could use refurbishment. Lobby of hotel and half of our floor was under repair for a leak. Overall it was good but could use some tweaks."

"Didn't seem that the room had been vacuum very well. There were items still on the floor. Pillows were way too soft. My wife and I didn't sleep very comfortably because of that. And the water pressure in the shower was pretty feeble. We're pretty loyal to Hampton inn and those were not the usual."
