"Restaurants were excellent. Service was excellent. Plenty of sunbeds by pool (but prime location ones get taken very early). Excellent pool. Unfortunately couldn’t swim in sea as very strong currents (this is normal here I believe) but the pools were superb and not overcrowded. Great entertainment. Superb service everywhere including at sunbeds by the pools. Overall extremely satisfied. "

It’s clearly designed with families in mind, offering a wide range of activities to keep kids entertained all day long. What truly stood out was the staff. Every team member we interacted with was extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. No matter how many questions or requests we had, they never seemed tired or irritated. Their hospitality made us feel truly welcome. Special shoutout to Axel and Armando at the coffee house—they were always friendly, engaging in great conversation, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. This resort is not just beautiful, it’s warm and full of heart. We left feeling relaxed, cared for, and already planning our next visit."
