The resort is absolutely stunning—beautifully maintained with lush landscaping, elegant architecture, and breathtaking views. It’s clearly designed with families in mind, offering a wide range of activities to keep kids entertained all day long. What truly stood out was the staff. Every team member we interacted with was extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. No matter how many questions or requests we had, they never seemed tired or irritated. Their hospitality made us feel truly welcome. Special shoutout to Axel and Armando at the coffee house—they were always friendly, engaging in great conversation, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. This resort is not just beautiful, it’s warm and full of heart. We left feeling relaxed, cared for, and already planning our next visit."

"Food , stuff, everything "

"Food was great. Service was even better. The birds can be a little annoying. They fly into the outdoor kitchen area and eat food from the trays which is unsanitary. Besides the birds the rooms were clean and comfortable. Because of how humid it is our bed was a little damp when coming back at night. Outside of that, great resort. "
