Expect to have a Credit Card with you everywhere you go they prefer Credit Card not a debit card. The Resort is non cash so you must pay with card. The Beach at the resort is non swimmable so don't expect to swim in the beach. The jacuzzi closed by 7:30-8 so we weren't able to enjoy it after our activities. Other than the amenities the resort was a beautiful stay but wish we knew what we know now I would have booked else where especially if your trying to enjoy the beach.

The resort staff is wonderful, all friendly and helpful. The views are great and food is pretty good. Personally I felt drinks were over priced, but the staff and waiters went above and beyond for guests. They have a small turtle egg enclosure which was very cool to witness. Pools are a bit crowded and empty pool chairs are hard to come by. I came to this resort in January and sand was excellent as well as beach volleyball. My trip in October was not the same, the sand was rough and coarse and beach volleyball was not organized by activities staff.

What an amazing experience. I loved every minute of my stay. Great food, great service, amazing property. I was sad to hear the hotel will be absorbed by the timeshare resort. Maybe I’ll consider a timeshare if it means I can come back.

The resort was spotless and very well kept. The room lacked a coffee maker! This is the first hotel I’ve been to in years that doesn’t have an individual coffee maker so you basically have to work around the Starbucks schedule for coffee/ tea because it’s only open a couple hours a day and most restaurants don’t have coffee available. The food was excessively over priced for being in Mexico! A taco the size of my palm is $75 pesos~$3.50 for a mini taco! That’s more expensive than any taco I’ve paid for in a resort in La Jolla, California! If the food portions would of been bigger then I wouldn’t of minded the prices but some of them are ridiculous like a mango slushy that i couldn’t even verify if it had alcohol or not was $25 in an 8 oz cup! Which is more than in Las Vegas, where you can taste the entire shot of alcohol. Apart from the overpriced food I loved the hotel. Got a couples massage and it was amazing

I love everything about our stay at the Sheraton Grand Los Cabos every single time. This is our 3rd time in this place and we always have the best time. The staff are all amazing offering excellent service from reception, housekeepers, restaurant servers and bartenders, beach and pool service workers, spa staff - I mean everyone’s so nice, friendly, pleasant and hospitable. Our fave restaurant so far in the resort is De Cortez with such fabulous food and drinks and the view is just incredibly beautiful not to mention Julia the restaurant manager and Julio the bartender are simply amazing with hearts of gold. Planning to go back early next year after the holidays. Hasta Luego Cabo. Muchas gracias Sheraton Grand Los Cabos. ♥️

Visited during hurricane Genevieve :( but hotel staff took care of preparations and cleanup afterwards. They made it look like an exciting show for guests. Afterwards we just enjoyed the beautiful resort with super responsive staff and great food at the 2-3 restaurants that were open (not everything is open due to virus.) Nice getaway at a time when one was desperately needed!

got bed bug bites from sleeping inside the sheets. Mentioned this during checkout and they took photos of my legs but did not do anything about it. Manager was not available to speak to. Would be hesitant staying here again due to this . Rest of the experience was good, be careful with the timeshare presentations you will be offered as they promised a credit for me to use onsite and this was not honored as well.

It was amazing if only they made the beds and swept the floors it would have been perfect. I understand the green policy about not changing if sheets and towels everyday but I think everyone expects their bed to be made, floors swept, and garbage and room service items to be taken away.

Beautiful AND quiet

I was able to upgrade to an ocean view room. The property is absolutely beautiful. Some families, but not many spring breakers like Medano Beach!
