"I chose this hotel for the stuuning view of the rock formation in the water , where the Arch is, the entertainment and all inclusive package, since it was a getaway for my wife's 51st birthday. First , the good points. Room was great , food was great, specially the breakfast buffet with 786 items (well not that much but pretty close). Filet mignon was excellent with the shrimp. "Comes down to preferences. We felt it was to quiet, lack of daily activities, and had to complain about cold showers 3 days in a row. Outside of that it was spectacular"

"Paradisus los cabos is a wonderful hotel. The entire staff is fantastic, everyone is so friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool with swim up bar is so fun, with daily activities hosted in the pool. There are lots of sun beds and pool towels, so you will always find a space to sit. The food is delicious and each of the restaurants provides a wide range of tasty options."

"I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I planned this trip for my birthday, but it ended up being very disappointing. The hotel does not look like the pictures advertised online. On the first day, they gave us a room that was already assigned to someone else, which was a huge mistake. The room we eventually received had several problems.
