"When I booked the room, I was promised an Ocean View Room. When I got to the room, there was a view of a small hotel pool - but no ocean view. I went to the front desk to register my complaint. "The hotel has a very good location right on the beach. The beach, kiosks and chairs are groomed every day. Food/drinks service on the beach can get a bit slow if the pool area gets busy at lunch time. Breakfast was the best meal from in the all-inclusive for us, followed by lunch, dinner was a bit flat, but we found good restaurant choices within walking distance.

"The staff are second to none. I wish I could have taken the time to record the name of every person I interacted with, but a few standouts: Roberto, my Reserve concierge; Carlos, the pool concierge; and another pool attendant, I believe his name was Enrique.
