"Very small room. NO AIR CONDITIONING UNIT in double standard room - a fact I didn’t know until I went to check in. Friendly staff, they provided a complimentary breakfast for the lack of air con. Luckily there’s a small fan in the room which helped a little but this really needs to be changed as the heatwave was unbearable. The hallway is also very hot to walk through. The double standard room is the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in - Premier Inn and Travelodge are bigger in comparison"

"The room was ok and staff were ok. The room was cleaned but not to a great standard. Car parking is good as there are loads of spaces. Windows aren’t sound proofed so unfortunately I had to listen to loud noise and music and loud cars outside until half 12 in the morning which isn’t great on an early start. I paid extra for breakfast on the 2 nights I stopped but unfortunately due to the size of the seating area and the hot plates the Q is massive and to small for the guests that are there and...

"We like Westow. We've been staying here when we visit relative. The breakfast is good. The only problem is there is no lift so you have ask the staff to bring up and carry down your suitcases. We were on the third floor. The staff is wonderful. We still highly recommend this place. We will stay here again."
