"Overall, a good but not great resort. The positives: pools, beach, bars and bartenders and comfortable beds with good sized suites. The negatives: Food was average at best, restaurant service was very hit and miss (better at 9 Doors and the Italian restaurant; bad at steak house) housekeeping had to continued to be asked to supply the same amount of missing towels/wash clothes/etc that they took out that day. "When we first checked in , they did not see I upgraded to Priviledge suite so nothing for rest of week was available . We thought since we upgraded to Premium suite it would been upgraded and pictures are not same In person , few things didn't work but maintenance was there in matter of minutes . Rest of time was wonderful, some of best food @ all inclusive I've had . We will still come back "
