"We stayed in a family suit we loved that we 2 bathrooms, housekeeping wasn’t bas could’ve been better but if u call reception their quick to get you what u need. Buffet was pretty good had good selection and it all tasted good, the restaurants were good too. We loved the food truck at the beach burgers were yummy. Staff was so good too us, we became friendly with many and if u tip even a dollar they treat you very well."

"We just came back from a 10-night stay at the TRS. I would rate most categories a 10/10, starting with some amazing staff I would like to point out. Edward, our Butler was absolutely amazing and made our stay so much better. He was aways there to help and went above and beyond for us. For other staff, I would like to call out Stephanie at Helios as she is the sweetest and most pleasant person I've ever met. At the main pool (near Helios), Dolores and Erin were also amazing. I can't say enough...

"Amazing property, especially the water park pool and spa. The main pool was scheduled to have activities almost every hour, but often we would go for a certain activity only for nothing to be going on and for a staff to tell us it’s not happening when we asked. The restaurants were good - food wasn’t great and the lack of dress code did bring down the atmosphere."
