"Spent a week at the Serenade All-Suites in Punta Cana (adults only) April 21-28. We did not purchase the Elite package & I feel it was not needed. We did get the Elite check-in & a butler which was a perk of Expedia (they said). Glady, Chayrel & Jorge were great! Being on the adult side, we had access to the family side, except the à la carte restaurants. We also had access to the rooftop pool/bar & we had a free hydrotherapy session that we did book for the day before coming home via the lady...

"Good resort for kids! Concierge was a little too aggressive on their sales of character meals and slime experiences. No additional help was offered for other things ie tours, dinner reservations (like a normal concierge). Once they realized you weren’t paying extra, they were done with you. Meals were ok. Lots of kiddie options. Also, could use some more entertainment in the evening for kids."

"La verdad que me sorprendió mucho el hotel, es el número 10 que visito entre económicos y caros. Buena comida tanto en el buffet como en los restaurantes , muchas actividades diarias. En resumen volvería."

"Perfect experience, stuff maybe are tired so you don’t get the best treatment, sometimes there is cockroaches in the apartment, hope they work on that, food and parties and pool and the beach are so great"
