"Check in - friendly, helpful, moves fast enough. Sauna opens on check in, so its not full in the afternoon but busy at night Rooms - clean and nice. We had the 2 singles and 1 queen, and it was like a 2 bedroom suite. Rooms are not big, so if you have a lot of luggage, it will be tight. But, they use the space very very well, with a lot of convenient extras (i.e, baskets for your sauna trip, water and snacks in fridge, cubbies) Food Breakfast buffet is great. "朝食付きのプランで予約しているにも関わらず、朝食場所(迷う位このホテルは広く、食事をとれる場所も豊富)や時間(何時から開始で、ラストオーダーは何時か)の案内は一切ない。 また、滞在中にイタリアンのレストランを２度利用したが、２度とも席に着席後5分程放置され、スタッフに依頼しないとメニューを渡してもらえない。席に案内したスタッフが同時にメニューを置いていけばよいと思うが、そんな些細なオペレーションもオープン後5年経過しているにも関わらず気がつけていない様子。 スタッフは皆笑顔で雰囲気はとてもいいが、気が利くようで気が利かないのがこのホテルの特徴。ホテルのハード面は最高だが、ソフト面に課題があり、それを体験するのがこのホテルの醍醐味。"
