"On checking in, the staff didn’t give much information. We were given keys to our room and that was it. I had to ask about dining options, no offer was made to help with luggage. We once stayed out a little after eleven and when we came back with the bus the entrance from the convenient stores were closed off and we had to walk all the way around, I had no problem with this since it seems to be a safety measure but a heads up from front desk on check in would have been nice to avoid the stress...

"excellent location, connected to the langham place mall which is iconic itself and has everything from food to brand name shopping (perfect for rainy days). the metro station is also right underneath the mall. very close to buses if you need. it's right on shanghai street as well if you need kitchen shopping. the views were incredible especially for the corner rooms with the rounded windows. spacious rooms with great amenities. self-laundry was also found nearby outside of the hotel. hotel staff...
