"Staff are great, location is very easy to navigate, tranport easily accessible. Hitel is very clean. Bottled water provided, late check out and use of the fitness area to shower before the airport. Would return."

"Staff was fantastic and friendly, location was super convenient for traveling out and about. The gym and the pool are really well maintained, and the steam room and sauna in the changing rooms were also very nice. Our room itself was amazing, and really well maintained. Everything was top-notch. Breakfast was convenient and simple— nothing incredible, but still nice to have. One thing to note is that the room only had a cooler fridge, so it can’t store milk, and there was no microwave. Wasn’t a big deal for us, but could be if you’re traveling with small children."

"We had a long stay at the hotel, with a few days away in between. The hotel is clean and in good condition. Every staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location is not in city centre but close to transportation. It worked for us as it’s close to our families. Will definitely come back."

"I did not use the airport shuttle (I didn't even know about it!). The breakfast buffet is awesome and worth the extra UK$100 each day. You can get everything and eat as much as you want. I never got a chance to check out the Metropark Kowloon Club on the 17th floor, and wish I knew more about that too. Anyway: great room, clean, great staff, convenient location!"
