"The property and WOTIF falsely advertise the property. There was no roof top restaurant, bar or room service. I was given a 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen had no crockery, cutlery or cleaning equipment and the sink and tap area were not clean. The bathroom had towels that were old, stained, thin, small and of poor quality. There was no soap provided in the bathrooms. The bedrooms were adequate but again, there sheeting and covers were stained and main bed was very hard. There was no air...

"Some of the nicest and hatdworking staff. Staff were always willing to assist you in whatever you needed. Golf cart was a plus to drop us off at the market, beach and resturants. I highly recommend the Kunja Villa and Spa."
