"I had a disappointing and somewhat unsafe experience during my stay. The shower floor was extremely slippery, which caused me to fall twice. I requested a shower mat from the front desk on two separate occasions, and each time I was told someone would bring it, but it never arrived. This lack of follow-through was frustrating and concerning, especially given the safety risk. On a more positive note, the breakfast was acceptable, but the options were limited and not very healthy. Overall, the lack of response from staff regarding a basic safety request significantly impacted my stay. I hope the hotel improves both its responsiveness and guest safety measures."

"Everything is beautiful & staff are great at hotel. The only criticism I can make is that the food at breakfast was cold unless you order a omelette. I ended up having a continental breakfast most mornings because of this. Would definitely recommend "

"Location is great if you’re not into the party scene like the Pest side. Staff were very polite, accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included as part of my stay and was delicious and nicely presented. I will stay there again for my next visit."
