"The breakfasts were excellent"

"We enjoyed the excellent breakfast, friendly staff, and great location. However, the sofa bed was a major disappointment. It was uneven and extremely uncomfortable—to the point where, as a family of four, we felt we would have been better off sleeping on the floor to avoid back pain. Great hotel, but the pull-out beds definitely need an upgrade."

"Convenient location close to the Metro (5 min) and Tram (10 min). Property is well maintained with a nice restaurant, elevators, and fridge in the rooms. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. My only complaint is there is not an outlet in the bathroom for a curling iron or flat iron to fix one’s hair, nor next to the dressing mirror. I ended up having to pull the mini fridge out of its wall compartment to access the plugs behind it just so I could fix my hair near a mirror."

"Overall, the hotel is quite good, but the rooms are starting to feel a bit outdated and could use renovation. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, which really improves the overall experience. However, dining at the bar was quite disappointing. It was almost impossible to enjoy a proper meal there, and it felt like frozen, low-quality food was simply being reheated."

"Definitely not 5 star and not worth the price"

"Two things about this hotel, first, rooms have central air controlled by the hotel and at night gets hot sometimes. Opening the windows helps a little but the the street noise its annoying. Second, hotel breakfasts is ok, just a continental breakfast with a little extras. I think $20 for that breakfast is too much, we found a local bakery and food was much better. Everything else at the hotel was fine, location, clean, staff very friendly."

"Very friendly front desk. Great breakfast buffet. The room was nice, cleanxand the bed was comfortable. Great location for doing everything by walking. Very quite during nighttime."
