I requested a balcony that had a nice view and the lady at reception was very kind to arrange it so I had an amazing view of the parliament building. Rooms are a good size, clean. It’s much quieter on the Buda side but there was a metro station very near by making it easy to get to the attractions on the Pest side. We will be back!

My room was quiet, well equipped and clean, with a very comfortable bed and a beautiful view of Fishermen's bastion. The buffet breakfast was sumptuous with a large selection of tasty and healthy options. Hotel staff was helpful, cheerful and courteous. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, being on the Danube's Buda side with a direct view of the magnificent Parliament building across the river. Several good restaurants as well as a Metro station are in easy walking distance. Some minuses: one of the hotel's two elevators was down for the whole week of my stay and some of the bench-type seating in the breakfast room had torn upholstery

Our room was clean and well laid out with a wonderful view of the Hungarian Parliamentary Building across the Danube. All staff spoke brilliant English and we're polite. All waiting staff at breakfast we're very attentive and there was a good selection of food.

There were cobwebs under the table but the room was a good size for two. Our room had the Danube view which was beautiful especially in the night. The tram line is just outside the hotel. It’s situated just by the river front where one could watch people and trams passing by and enjoy the lovely view from one’s arm chair in the room.

We had a problem with the room on check in which was in the end resolved fairly well but we did initially get a somewhat aggressive response from one of the staff members making it our issue, which was corrected through her manager later. Overall the room was nice with a fantastic view and the breakfast buffet was varied and tasty, with quick service. Great location, although you can tell this hotel needs maintenance and repairs.

The shower had mold and the room could be updated. The sauna area was really nice and looked brand new. They should overhaul the entire property. Also one of the two elevators was broken the entire week. The location is really good though and the room has a kettle, coffee, tea and shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion in the bathroom

What a great room with the castle view! And it’s a cross the street from the Hungarian Parliament beautiful views , the only thing that we weren’t happy it was the carpet it had so may spots and stains that it made me keep my socks on at all times ! Other then that it is on a convenient location

The hotel was exceptional. We had a room that overlooked the Danube and had a great view of the parliament. The hotel is located on the Buda side along the Danube. So every evening we had a nice casual walk along the river walk. There is a tram stop right outside the hotel which provided easy transportation. Walking distance to the Fisherman’s Bastion and Buda Castle and caves.
