"The kind staff let us park the car for a few hours longer after checking out in the morning so that we can return in the afternoon after sightseeing. It is easy to go to the city center using public transport."

"The room was okay. The room is more suited for families with kids. It clearly had not been updated in many years. The food made me sick. I could not eat my dinner. That being said and I had asked them to take the dinner off my bill. They did not and I got to pay for my dinner that they clearly knew made me sick. It was pretty awful. My mom’s food and my cousin’s food was okay. Not great by any means. So we only stayed there one night and that was too long. I was charged for the one night and my mom got charged for the same night. They did not have any of the services that my Mom thought they had, like a shuttle going to various locations in Budapest. We were out in the middle of nowhere and had to take a $60 cab ride from the train station. We left and stayed at a lovely hotel for nine days in Budapest. I was sad that it was such an awful experience. I really didn’t want to have to switch hotels. I never complain, but this was too much. Sorry. "

"They said elevator not working and had to carry suitcases up and down to second floor (which is really 3rd) with no help available, but saw staff using elevator. Had to bring wet towels down when checking out or would be charged a fee. Food in restaurant buffet was horrible. Huge pieces of fat in soup, unidentifiable mystery food and not even butter for bread. Dinner and lunch were both inedible and Hungarian food is usually delicious. Furniture in room was in very poor condition and they did not even provide shampoo in the "shower""
