"Everything went well except sink in the bathroom did not flow out properly and although reported, no attempt was made to have it fixed. The steak house dinner was like a production line. It was kind of a rush where my spouse finished before and they took his plate making me feel like I should hurry to finish. Overall the stay was good. The nightly entertainment was very good."

"1st day they put us in a room that had roaches so they switched it for us and gave us a diffrent room which was better. The second issue there was roaches at the buffet i tild the waitress and she just stepped on it and walked away. But my overall stay was ok palace is a classy place if u just want to relax if u want to have a good time and be entertained go to riu montego bay or riu reggeah. At the palace is just a bunch of old people doing warer acrobatics no fun at all. The food was amazing...

"The resort was wonderful. The rooms were kept clean and very spacious. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very helpful and kind. Did not have a bad experience and will def do again. There were also little concierge stands by the villas downstairs for anyone who wanted restaurant reservations. Many restaurants to choose from, our fav was the Jamaican restaurant. Jordain the waiter, was so kind and helpful to us. I highly recommend The Grand Palladium. We stayed on the Lady Hamilton...
