"Maintenance of the property could be a little better. Especially some repairs and painting. I am saying this because I used to work there from 1979 onwards, and I came back for a Vacation, I love the property and would like to some the maintenance of it better, and I will be back there. I love it and did enjoy my time there. "

"Really enjoyed my first mother daughter trip room was alittle under cared for and no towels wash cloths and 2 days to get blankets and duvet and did run out of alcohol liquor choices daily but we love Jamaica ❤️ "

"I first love the friendliness of the staff at the hotel, I love that you have to have a key to even go up the Elevator to your floor, great security. I love the room how large it was and that it has all I really needed. Love the fast response from the hotel when I asked for help with the Ac in operating it and other things I needed, I did not have to wait a long time to get it. Everything was wonderful about the hotel and staff, one downfall was the continental breakfast, it was not much at all to choose from but my only thing I dislike is that the hot water to make tea was always very luke warm, it would not even dilute the tea back it was so kind of cold, love the Jamaican breakfast i got once, just was not enough food, yam, banana, dumplins etc. but it was really tasty. Kitchen staff was pleasant and friendly. Housekeeping was great and on top of their job, did not use them but they provided all I ask for everytime. Overall I had a great stay at the R Hotel, my first time and proably will not be my last God's willing."

"The hotel is amazing. Great views, great food, great service from the staff. They have plenty of activities to take part in right at the resort everyday. The only bad part was the constant pestering for money me and my wife got when we walked outside the resort for a few blocks to the Casino during the day. Very annoying. Maybe nightlife is a bit less bothersome."

"The property is well maintained, very clean, organized, people is friendly and attentive and the BEST PART is definitely the BEACH, the beach is amazing, the clear crystal blue color was definitely a deal breaker for my husband and I.. we can’t wait to return. "
