"The staff are great, friendly but they are lacking in the cleaning, my friends room and my room had bed bugs. After reporting they changed our room but if we didn’t had a picture to proof it they would kept us on the same room. "

"1st day they put us in a room that had roaches so they switched it for us and gave us a diffrent room which was better. The second issue there was roaches at the buffet i tild the waitress and she just stepped on it and walked away. But my overall stay was ok palace is a classy place if u just want to relax if u want to have a good time and be entertained go to riu montego bay or riu reggeah. At the palace is just a bunch of old people doing warer acrobatics no fun at all. The food was amazing ill give them that so mich to choose from "
