"We had a room with a small terrace opening to the pool, which was still in the process of being opened. Staff generally were helpful and attentive, with the exception of the lobby bar where it was always a struggle to get someone to serve. Housekeeping and room service were excellent"

"Hotel is conveniently located 10 minutes from airport. Rooms are very clean and staff are welcoming and friendly. Our flight was very early which meant we would miss the breakfast time, so staff offered us a box lunch instead if we preferred so we'd have something to eat early in the morning - very thoughtful. Taxi's are plentiful and the staff will order one for you if you choose. Overall, from location to price to amenities and customer service, you can't go wrong with this hotel."

"Les gens à l'accueil sont très sympathiques.. notamment Nesrin. Par contre les chambres commencent à montrer de l'âge (couvre pieds usé, calfeutrage obsolètes, etc). Les douches sont très très sales et bouchées. J'ai eu deux chambres et ce n'est donc pas un cas isolé. Il y a beaucoup de moisissures aux joints. La TV à un seul canal, aucune chaise ni bureau pour travailler. Un mince comptoir avec un ottoman c'est tout. Sinon la localisation est parfaite, le prix est raisonnable."

"Property looks nice but their staff and service is really bad not worth it to stay in that Hotel for their price rate i thought it was a luxury place but not. room service is bad , guest service is bad and to add i ordered to decorate the room for honeymoon a day before and one hour before check in they call me saying we don’t have time . "The hotel is in a very out of the way location, half way down a very steep hill. There is no town around to explore, although there is a very nice cafe, with good priced authentic turkish food a few blocks up the hill. The hotel menu is adequate, but priced in Euros and pricey for Turkey. There is an Aeroport shuttle, Priced at 30 Euros for flights. The hotel is clean, modern, and bland. Good for an overnight stop, not a destination."

"The property and staff was amazing, even when we didn't understand the "lighting" concept of the do not disturb, when I asked why house cleaning didn't come, they were so patient and immediately came to clean the room, for I was so appreciative. Room service and even security were amazing, so nice and patient. I would definitely begin my trip to Istanbul with this hotel again in the future, nothing compares even as we try different areas within Istanbul."
