"We had multiple rooms since my family was also traveling with us. Everyone was very happy with my choice. From the front desk staff to cleaning staff to restaurants and bar area everyone was professional and helpful. The rooms were good size and airy. The most beautiful open lobby. We would definitely stay at swissotel again."

"The hotel is very clean and well located near Taksim square, the room is large and adequate for two persons. The rate per night is reasonable for the quality, cleanlessness and location. They do offer daily free bottle of Water, Nescafé and Tea. I would stay again at Titanic city Taksim and I would recommend this hotel to others."

"We really loved this property and its amenities: the suite was excellent, spacious, clean, big bathroom with nice bathroom supplies, loved the beds, furniture in general. I appreciated the view of the Marmara sea from my balcony. The property has a very good restaurant with good choices for breakfast and dinner. The location was also convenient and the staff very helpful with all our demands. I will stay again at this property if given the chance."

"The staff was very welcoming and kind. The room however needed to be maintained better. A lot of the lights were out or flickering. The toilet started leaking but thankfully they fixed it right away. Really good location"
