"Staffs are very kind. Nice and clean facilities are very good for families with small kids.
This resort has most beautiful beach in Cancun area. No rocks in the sea, it is very important for small kids who is playing in the ocean.
However, sound proof of the room is seriously weak. I could hear normal conversations of next room. Also, this resort has many private events with noisy music over 10:30pm.
This resort has many pools, but they are bit small.

"Drinks were good and food tasted great but we did food poisoning one night. Very chill resort. Good for couples and honeymooners. Not a place to go with adult family’s due to it just being more romantic and for couples."

"We reserved an OceanFront Suite through Expedia and were greeted like kings. Two butlers 16 hours a day - very responsive until you try to use Expedia credit being a VIP Access member. Resort is very sleepy but family friendly. Beach was a wreck. So much seaweed there was heavy machinery daily to clean it with a dozen crew. Food was less than par.
